This month we are sharing the third instalment in our series of interviews we've held with senior marketers at a range of brands. Agencies that can develop a consistent approach, clearly communicate how they can deliver and maintain on-going engagement will be able to differentiate in the mind of potential clients like Ben.

Ben highlights the importance of being succinct and to the point in the way you communicate your agency messaging. He also makes an interesting point about being consistent in the look and feel of your agency brand. Make sure that you don't appear or sound like a different person every time. This makes it difficult for prospects to remember you as you try to keep in touch over time.
