Being able to express a genuine interest in the brand, keep up to date with its developments, as well as personalised messaging are all attention grabbers for potential clients like Kerttu.
Kerttu appreciates when agencies can offer value in the form of insights and events. She regularly attends events and finds that these are both interesting and useful, and more importantly allow her to make connections.
